Prosecutor argues that UH professor died of multiple stab wounds

On March 31, during the trial for Ana Trujillo, a prosecutor said that Professor Stefan Andersson died of multiple stab wounds at the hands of Trujillo.

Prosecutor Sarah Mickelson stated that 45-year-old Trujillo prevented Andersson from getting up by sitting on him, then proceeded to hit him several times on the face and head using the heel of her shoe. The University of Houston professor sustained 25 fatal stab wounds as a result. The defense team, on the other hand, argued that Trujillo was only defending herself after Andersson tried to choke her.

Trujillo killed Andersson inside his condominium last June and was set free after setting a bond of $100,000.
