Houston murder leads to arrest

A murder charge was filed against the man involved in a deadly Houston crime that happened several months ago, KHOU reported on September 19.

According to reports, 22-year-old Darius Antoine Lee was charged with murder for fatally shooting Taylor Short. A couple of months ago on July 12, Short was discovered dead outside his vehicle at around 10:00 p.m. at the Kimberly Pointe Apartments, according to reports from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. In addition to murder charges, allegations of sexual assault and multiple counts of robbery were also filed against Lee, who is being held on a $230,000 bail bond.
