Galveston police apprehended assault suspect

A man suspected of aggravated assault was apprehended by Galveston authorities, ABC 12 reported on May 11.

Responding police on Tuesday night gathered information after they found a person suffering from several stab wounds in the 1300 block of 25th Street. Galveston Police then pursued 29-year-old Jonathan Glenn the following day. Arresting police reportedly had difficulty pacifying Glenn upon arrest. A charge of aggravated assault using a deadly weapon was later filed against Glenn and a bail worth $100,000 was imposed against him. Reports also showed that Glenn is being pursued by authorities in Midland in relation to a kidnapping incident.
