On Friday, December 13, five people were arrested by the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office after they received a tip about a meth lab being operated out of a house east of Cleveland. Charges of “possession and transportation of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance” were filed against all five suspects, who were identified as Clinton James Laudermill, Toni Danielle Lang, Jason Karl Hill, Elisha Louise, and Tonia Kay Small.
According to Capt. Ken DeFoor, a spokesman for the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, about two grams of meth were found, in addition to several stolen items, at the residence. Further charges are likely to be filed against the five suspects as the investigation continues.
