Assistant District Attorney busted for drunk driving in Dallas

An Assistant District Attorney (ADA) in Dallas County was recently apprehended and charged for suspected drunk driving, KENS 5 reported on January 5.

The arrest document from Dallas Police states ADA Justin Moore on January 4 was seen driving abnormally and had almost crashed into another vehicle on Highway 67. Around 3:00 a.m., two officers pulled Moore over and allegedly smelled alcohol. Moore, who was accused of insulting the officers, was later transported to a county jail after being charged with DWI. Moore has been suspended without pay pending the results of an investigation into the incident.
