23 people arrested in Texas drug ring bust

At least 23 people involved in drug related activity were recently apprehended in North Texas, Lake Country Radio reported on April 30.

Young County Sheriff’s Office announced details on April 29, confirming that the suspects they arrested were involved in organized crime dealing methamphetamine–400 lbs of which were also confiscated. This mass arrest was the result of an investigation on methamphetamine distribution in the area spanning three years. The suspects are from various parts of North Texas, including Graham, Newcastle, and Olney, TX. Deputies have reported that under the on-going investigation, over 40 more suspects may face charges.
